斜剪花梗底部，增加吸水表面積；建議在水中進行修剪，可避免細菌感染切口。

每日換水、修枝，去除花梗底部的老化纖維，保持水質乾淨衛生。

去除多餘及老化的葉片，修剪凋零花朵，維持花瓶內或海綿上的空間，乾淨通風。

可適當加入鮮花保鮮劑，以延長花草的觀賞週期。

若是使用花泥/海綿或是劍山，則要保持水質乾淨、濕潤不失水。
